Invisible, assuming I could turn it off and on. Sometimes...I think people's minds are better left unread (judging by what goes on in my own mind!).

The last thing I want to know is what people are thinking. People are generally boring so that would be a huge waste of a superpower. I'll take invisibility since thats the only other choice.
