I'm planning to get pregnant soon (im married) but i'm worried my body will look disgusting after i give birth. Will it be permanent? will my body be back the way it used to be? will my breasts and my tummy be so dark saggy and ugly forever? or until when?
I want to have a baby but that's the only thing that's holding me back (losing my sexy figure) :(
motivate me.

Everyone's different. My wife's scars on her belly look cool - like flames or wings of a Phoenix. She breast fed and her body rebounded pretty quickly, plus she had a ripe look before, during and a little after.

Guess what, though - You will now be a sexy momma as opposed to a sexy girl. Much stronger of a figure and hotter in my opinion. Your husband will undoubtedly feel the same. I definitely got more attracted to my wife as she went through her changes. (She wasn't always up for it, but that was usu. her self poerception.)

My suggestion: enjoy the experience, the life change, and make the best of it. YTou'll be fine (PS: Don't just eat a bunch of crappy food and think that it's okay for you and the baby - make sure you eat plenty of veggies, protein and start taking folic acid and/or pre-natal pills right away (even before you are pregnant)...If you are concerned aboiut stretchmarks, etc. Just invest in alot of moisturizer, apply regularly, drink tons of water (you may be running laps to the bathroom, but keep hydrated), and you'll be fine.

Stomach After Giving Birth

Your body is never the same after having a child, although you can minimize the negative effects. The darkness or linea negra (dark line down stomach) will go away. Sadly stretch marks are nearly impossible to get rid of. If you have a healthy pregnancy, proper nutrition and exercise, you should be able to keep your weight gain within the normal range of 25-35lbs.

The motivation here is a child. Your body may change and it may not but you will figure out that this thing you worry about doesn't really matter. A baby is an amazing and beautiful thing and completely worth all the hardships.

If you decide to get pregnant and are very concerned about weight work with a nutritionist to help you also a personal trainer can teach you exercises that are healthy during pregnancy.

If worse comes to worse get plastic surgery (which isn't an option for me) but might be for you.

Btw, I know many sexy moms. Motherhood teaches you that sexy goes beyond your figure.

I hope that helps you a little

Edit: Btw when I say sexy moms I am referring to looks, my sister and best friend already have their pre-baby bodies back and are gorgeous. But there is also a sexy that is within a person. Have you never met a person who wasn't necessarily your type but their personality made them sexy to you. If not then I believe you are young, naive and shallow.

Swap a bowl of pasta for a bowl of vegetables. You can conserve to 200 calories by chopping the starch and adding veggies.

I feel exactly the same as you, the mothers on here will all tell you it will go back to normal everything will be fine-however it won't i have friends and cousins etc who have had babies work their asses off to get back in shape but have all told me the same thing you never get your figure back your boobs go saggy, your stretchmarks dont fade and your tummy will be like a deflated baloon, only crinkly aswell and if you lucky you wil have a loose vagina aswell.thought best tell you the truth before all the mothers start trying to lie to you/.P.s to sienara how does sexy go beyond your looks this is a classic example of mothers in denial.Think their personality makes em sexy even tho their minging.

It should go back to normal. There will be some differences but they will not be bad. My body went back to normal in about four months and I did nothing to help it. You can exercise and diet to speed it up. I would not exercise until after you have quit bleeding or it will stay heavy and it will stay longer. Good luck to you.

Be a kid again! When eating out, order a child’s sandwich, pizza or hamburger. Then you can have the treats you adore, while reducing your portions and cutting your calorie intake.

Firstly,Your breasts will alter and they will stay larger or smaller after you have your baby.
But that is why us women have breasts, they are there to feed our babies.
Your tummy will change its shape, but if you start gentle excercises the day after your baby is born,it will not change that much.
I am sure your husband will love you,and be so proud of you after you have his baby, you and the baby will matter more to him than your sexy figure.
