Yes .. almost every e-mail system has one built in these days ..
Typically the default is 'off' ..for example, in Yahoo Mail you have to go to Options, Spam Protection to turn it on.

Fire fox will protect one of your IDs from spam. after instillation you can enter email ID which you want to keep spam free

swap to Gmail or get carry of the Mozilla Thunderbird digital mail customer. Gmail has outstanding unsolicited mail filters, and you will prepare Thunderbird so it could tell unsolicited mail mail from e-mails you quite want.
