Yes .. almost every e-mail system has one built in these days ..

Typically the default is 'off' ..for example, in Yahoo Mail you have to go to Options, Spam Protection to turn it on.

Fire fox will protect one of your IDs from spam. after instillation you can enter email ID which you want to keep spam free
