Coffee, lots of coffee, I also find St Jons Wort helps, as it does with depression also, it keeps chemicals in brain a little more balanced. Or some Ginko Giloba, there is also an herb , the bottle is called Focus. A power nap like 5 to 15 mins. but mostly cafiene, I am happier and more confident for a few minutes till it wears off, then I go back to my dark corner, to die :S
