I thought the customer was always right? Apparently not. That's the most expensive sandwich I never got to eat.

if you sandwich was not prepared the way you like it. you have every right to send it back. speaking up is not disorderly conduct at all.

however, how you tell the waitress is key. give her/him the same respect that you would your mother who just made you a sandwich. if she made you one, you wouldn't go off ranting about how she got it wrong. or she would surely pop you one. lol

so in a restaurant give the severs respect.

on other thing. as i have seen plenty of time on the comedy news (of real servers caught on video tape) you don't know who is preparing your food. they could spit in it etc....

so be good

I never heard of that happening. I guess I should be more careful when I complain about my sandwiches.

I *used* to think that the customer was always right... until I got behind the counter and realized what it was like to work putting up with customers who *always* wanna be right...!

I would be willing to bet you were under the influence of a beer or two when you complained. Some people have no sense of humor...

You have the right as a consumer to complain about the service after all you pay for it.
