It Was Great When I Called Them Back A Month Later And Asked The Branch Manager If I Could Deposit My $27.3 Million Lottery Winnings Check, And Then Took It To Another Bank.

The bank has the discretion to refuse a loan and just like you, a lottery check could be deposited in another bank.
