Please choose one pair from each section.You can change how you spell the name but please keep the names together for e.g Zoe Lyn and Jack Levi are my fave not Zoe lyn and something else.
All the middle names come from my family too so I would like to keep them in there Espiacally John Eric as he was my grandad and favourite person in the world but has died last year.

Tall order but this is the best I can do:
G/G Natalie xxx and Eliza(beth) Summer - I loathe Paige, what about Joy or Sky to go with Summer?
B/B perm any 2 from 4, but i'm not wild about Scott - I like Michael James and John Eric actually
B/G Adam Michael and Amber May are nice, but same inits might be a pain
Zoe doesn't quite work with Lynn But Jack Levi is nice
