No actually I love giving presents especially if I worked so hard for the money to buy the presents. I guess it all depends on who you are giving your presents to.

No, never done that. I want people to have a good time. Got a new nephew and I can't wait for him to get older so I can buy him toy trucks and car park sets!

Yes, gift cards to the boys and their wives for about $40, the grandkids get $40 cash. That way they can use it for something special. Our son in the states gets something from Tim Horton's and his wife--Dad's cookies as she can't get them there. There are usually Pecan Clusters thrown in as a treat as well.
We are on old age pensions so we have to watch the money carefully. I wish we didn't have to. They spoil us rotten.
