It wont last, this is a very interesting election!!!!
People will disagree with me but I think the country is moving to the left or to moderate and "some" of the Republican party is moving more to the right

No, it's not amazing to me that Clinton and Giuliani are polling in a dead heat because the country has been divided nearly 50/50 between democrat and republican since the 2000 election. The statistic shows that party loyalty, and not issues or results is driving the election once again.

However, it's totally amazing to me that that out of the 300 million people in our country, and out of the 16 major candidates, that these are the two front runners.

I think it points to the fact that there are forces at play here determining who becomes president than the sheer will of the people. As the poster above me mentioned. This poll of Rudy and Hillary having equal support is not supported by all the other polls on how the country feels about the republicans vis a vis the democrats. Whoever the democrats run should run away with the election based on how we know the american people poll in their opinion of the republican party. But somehow miraculously, the republican nominee is in a tie with the democrat nominee? Something is not adding up and smells very fishy.

I am surprised. Republicans have it seems got your country into a real mess, record debts and less civil liberties. I simply cannot see even America being dumb enough to continue this cycle for another term. It is time (And the world thinks so too) for a different approach, a Democratic Party approach. So I think this poll might be doctored (Is it from Fox, hey it must be true then!!) and Hillary will at least give you better healthcare, the chance to revive your now number 2 dollar (Euro is better) and give you an out of Iraq.

It means half the voters dislike Rudy more than Hillary and half dislike Hillary more than Rudy. Right now, most voters don't know what these candidates stand for. In the general election, many conservatives will stay home since they can't vote for abortion, and many fence sitters will vote for Hillary when they discover that Bush's neocons are on Rudy's staff and Rudy will maintain a permanent military presence in Iraq and he's dying to invade Iran.

Hillary Clinton is the leading Democrat candidate for her flipflopping on critical issues while Rudolph Giuliani is the leading Republican for supporting the war on terrorism.

VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know who will win between Clinton and Giuliani.

Neither the rise of Guiliani or the fall of HiIlary surprise me at all.

I must say it is nice to see, however.

I think it says that a lot of people relate to Guiliani's platform of liberal social issues and conservative everything else.

Also, that people are seeing through the wool and seeing the wolf.

EDIT: Plus, I think a lot of people are realizing that not only do they not want HillaryCare, but it would never work in the first place, while Guiliani's plan for health care seems much more feasible.

I find it total amazing. This country has lost its mind. There is no way that a republican should even have a chance of winning any election for President. To me, it means americans just don't get it. They don't like Bush. He has a 28% approval rating. 67% don't like the direction he and his republicans rubber stamp congress have taken us. 70% disapprove of the Iraq war. But yet, americans are contemplating another republican to office. lol

I think it means we have our two final challengers ready for their ultimate death match! Everyone else (yes, that is including Ron Paul, for those RP cultists in the audience still in denial) can go home.
