Uh... It's gross.
I know some women will lie and say that it is AMAZING and all that... but it really is nasty tasting, and leaves a horrible feeling in your mouth.

The taste can change a bit however, depending on the man's diet, but it is still disgusting. lol sorry, but it's true.

ima "pimp" not technically but i do it really often with alot of ladeis(im 20 so far 70).
But anyways most of them of actually swallow it and they seems like enjoying it. But i too suspect that not all of them actually like it.Its like licking the ***** or something like that, because when u are horny u might like it but when u dont have the feeling u would probably find semen disgusting.
But its not exactly toxic or anything that bad tho but some like it some might not.Ima guy so i cant tell u in a ladies perspective but when they are high, they like it

Sperm is gross. It is in no way magical and can not change flavor...it comes in only one flavor DISGUSTING! And you don't feel anything, it just tastes bad.
