Yes. I have had 2 unusual experiences that conventional science has yet to explain that were visual (2) and auditory experiences.
However, I have also had unusual experiences that were explanations for. I'll share one of those.
I once dreamed that that our house had completed flooded, almost impossible as that it on a small hill and the house was quite large. Anyway when returning from school the next day I stepped into my room that was flooded. My large fish tank had cracked along the bottom and flooded my room. This crack was not visible (or the water low) when I left in the morning.
I think what happened was that I somehow sensed (via normal senses but perhaps below a conscious threshold) while dreaming that the tank was leaking or cracking and incorporated this into my dream.
People often turn their alarm clock going off into sirens in their dreams. The point being I guess to eliminate all normal explanations first.

Your dream could have been a type of ESP and you acquired this information somehow or your friend visited you via a dream.
It could also be that this friend just represented something your facing in your life currently (or thinking about) and your dream used his image as a symbol for whatever that desire/regret might be in your mind.

Either way it's an interesting story and I thank you for sharing it.
I'm curious about what you think it meant and what you believe.

We have paranormal activity here every once in a while... locked doors turn and open up, lights flicker, the dogs bark at the ceiling, and my 3 year old niece would not go into the kitchen after a toy one night and my brother in law took her by the hand to go fetch the toy and she just kept staring at the corner cabinet, and then ran as fast as she could back to the livingroom, and then she just kept pointing saying "Little boy, Little boy" it was weird, but just some "off" things happen every once in a while, we are just used to it. :-)

I grew up with that stuff. We always had spirits in our house most of them good. My kids were more sensitive and were able to see them but I was just able to sense them and hear them as they made them selves known by walking up and down the stairs all the time or making noises in my panty like cans were being knocked down but they weren't, I've also heard them talking in my kitchen, I thought I had company but found the kitchen empty. Sometimes I'd hear kids laughing in my house when my kids were sleeping, one called me Mom. I didn't mind until one started to get a bit out of hand and do things to try to frighten us (it worked!) and I felt pretty stupid but I called out and said that if he wanted to stay he'd have to behave himself or I'd have him thrown out, he settled down. After my last move I haven't had any problems thank goodness, it kinda gets old especially when they play with your stuff and hide them!
