I bought it and don't recommend it. Tax sales deals are VERY hard to find because the banks monitor taxes and pay them so that they don't lose their interest in any home in which they have a lien.

This means, you would have to find a home with no mortgage in which the owner defaults on the taxes - not very likely - and very competitive, especially in John is still buying them :)
