nope! i was guilty!....although, i was upset because i was keeping up with the cars in front of me, so obviously they were speeding too!~♥~

Only once, as I only got handed one, the rest were mailed as they were done by camera. I managed to talk it down by 100!

lol yeah...but i'm too proud to do it now. i got a ticket last week and didn't even try to explain myself. i'd rather pay.
