I listen to what they tell me but I sometimes get the same answers. They tell me different things also and I tell them that I am confused about what to do, or who my true and real friends are, and where I belong in life and my parents are disappointed in me.

Every day sounds like too much to me. Its good to get support and advice, but you don't want to be dependent on those lines. At some point you have to go out on your own and trust yourself.

It sounds like you feel you are not getting attention from people immediately around you and call the hotlines to be guaranteed someone on the other end paying attention to you.
Are you the one who does all the talking, or do you call to listen to the information given at the other end? Is the topic all about you?
If you are the one doing all the talking, it explains why you are so lonely. I'm guessing people avoid you or cut their association with you short to avoid hearing you do all the talking.
If you do have such an "I" problem, you might want to stop yourself repeating "I" and start rephrasing your talking to incorporate the word "You", and then listen without absolutely having to reply or comment.
Hard to do, but it will change how people decide to give you their attention or not.

Nup it's NOT normal. Though it could be good if you're calling some helpline.

I.e Kids helpline.

Save yourself some money and stop calling hotlines otherwise.

i see-
you dont really NEED to call
any hotline but you do so
BECAUSE you want to talk
to someone. do you feel like
no one listens to you/you want
people to listen to you?
i suggest you getting a diary
in which you can write ur
thoughts and feelings down-
if you have friends or close family
members then talk to them.
there is no need to call hotlines
every day-that could become
a nasty habit.
if you want to talk to some one
else then IM
or mail me if you want to
any time-ill be there
hope that helped(=

No it's not normal ..... If you need to gamble everyday it's not healthy either.... If you are ringing up a bill just to talk to someone, may I suggest that you talk with a doctor first?
