You might get frost bite (Ice crystals forming in the blood vessals).

It's the same as going to the mountains and staying too long in the snow, so long that you get frost bite in certain areas and then you have to chop them off. It just irritates the skin really bad, to the point that it starts peeling

It will stick literally to your skin and causing it to tear when you remove it. Very painful.

beause they might stick, burn your skin and pull it off....yes regular ice WILL burn you if it's cold enough and you hold it next to your skin long enough.
