How do you determine if the seafood is legal? Did it swin across the Rio Grande and entered this country illegally? Should we notify the Homeland&Sea Security Agency? What other nefarious creatures lurk around the sand dune or the beach?

I don't eat any seafood but wonder what you consider illegal seafood? Is it dolphins or endangered species such as whales? I am an avid fisherwoman though, but I don't eat fish at all.
