I bought this tie which i think is really fat. Like the width is reallyyy big. Is it possible to alter the tie to make it a skinny tie? will this cost much?

You should be able to get the tie altered by a good seamstress - you might want to check with your dry cleaners store- they may be able to offer the service- they can shorten trouser length etc. so maybe they can redo your tie.
