I need a good table saw. No i don't want to go to e-bay, a pawn shop, or Austrailia. Anyone got one laying around? I'll take a compound miter saw too. I'll pay, just can't afford new stuff.

With all due respect; and not at all getting your reference to Australia; I guess I never bother to look deep enough to see where people are from. Ottowa???
Anyway, again, with no offense, If I ever have any tools that sre strictly "Laying Around" it's likely they have died.
I want to assume that local to you, some company publishes a news paper. Within the confines of same; I want to assume there are classified listings. Within those listings I want to assume there is a category; even occasionally; that offers "Tools" If I was looking, I'd probably look there first.
At the very least, here, if one had such a tool, that happened to be Laying; they might live on the other side of the world from you.
Actually a pawn shop is probably not such a good idea. Pawn shops don't want someones old saw that's been laying around. I suspect however; that if they have one it would be priced reasonably.
Are you able to access and use sites such as CraigsList.com?

If your willing to pay for a used saw, then it sounds like you need to be checking out e-bay or a pawn shop, that's where they sell used stuff,
