The Colts don't run the WCO (west coast offense). They run a spread offense based more on the Air Coryell offense of the 80's. Tom Moore is the OC. He started as an OC in Minnesota in the early 90's, then ran the Lion's wide-open offense in the mid 90's before going to Indy.
He has no connection to Bill Walsh and the WCO coaching tree

The Patriots won because Brady was able to hit Moss and Stallworth on long passes in the last 8 minutes to set up 2 touchdowns. If that is what WCO is, then yes.

I might be able to answer if I knew what WCO is...but the Pats showed they are better last Sunday...Oh...West Coast Offense...If anything, the Pats run it better...
