I found this question ask by a certain guy and when I click it, it says "You cannot view this question at this time" and so the rest of his questions. The other questionnaire is ok and I can't find any reason why this person do that, for all i know Y!A supposed to be an OPEN FORUM, open for all suggestion without discrimination.

To Bopols: thanks for your explanation, i've done this private thing for some reasons like stalking. And i received an emails from a guy a month ago who posted a question here for i obliged to give my opinion and he asked me thru email if i want an answer to his posted question in private. Sounds fishy and then i found out this guy was being suspended. Sorry if i didn't change my privacy settings in an instant, i can still change it for public views. At least all been cleared...

At the risk of being presumptuous, I could be the "certain guy" you were referring to. If you were not referring to me, I would explain anyway why you are on my "blocked" list.

When I find certain questions and answers to be interesting, I go to the person's profile. I did this and I was effectively stopped from learning more about you because

1. your Q&As and everything was "private".
2. I could not even email you because your profile says you do not accept emails.
3. Then I pressed "Add as contact" but then your setting is such that you are not allowing anyone to add you as a contact.

In other words, you have effectively put a block to people wanting to learn more about you. The other YAPPERs who have private Q&As are at least my contacts, and so we are able to open each other's Q&As. In your case, you have disallowed that, and you are not allowing anyone to get through to you in any way. And I respect that because that is your prerogative.

My profile is open, my Q&As are open, and people can email me.

Those who do not want to connect and keep everything to themselves, I block. But if you are willing to open up, surely, I would welcome you.

In fact, like I earlier said, I tried to put you as one of my contacts. I would still do, if you will allow.

Back in the 30's famous comedian Groucho Marx once tried to get membership in an exclusive country club. Because he was Jewish they turned him down. When the press asked him how he felt about being rejected he said, "I would not want to be a member of a country club that would have me as a member either."
I feel the same way about people that would block me without reason.....They are not important enough for me to care about. Do not worry, I seriously doubt you are missing anything not having them as a friend.

Yes, there is that possibility. Or, as the other answerers say, could be Asker was simply editing Q.

Rest assured you have our sympathies, and should this Asker really have blocked you, I hope an explanation should be sent to you, and reconciliation be made, thus fostering the spirit of brotherhood among men, the spirit of Christmas, and that you and him/her will invite me for the Spirit of Beer.

I'm saying this because it's obvious to me that what ever you said was above the line. It's open Forum, but no one is out to bash a person or make them feel uncomfortable. Keep it clean. Feelings can get hurt. Hope you now understand.

you know what? i would not even be concerned about it. it may have been a mistake and maybe at the time you clicked on it to get that question he/she could have been editing it so you you go temporarily blocked out. but even if that wasn't it, you dont even know the person who did this so why even care. is that person a friend or a loved one? dont let it worry you because it doesn't matter. stay sweet and dont let people, who dont even matter anyway, upset you. God bless. :)
