I hate to tell you this...

No plumping lip gloss actually plumps them.

Only way to acheive fuller lips,is lip collagen...which a lot of the time turns out looking bad.

Okay people below me are wrong. Without surgery there is a way. There is plumping lip glosses that do it a little, but there is also leave on plumping chap stick that you apply every morning and night. It pretty much makes your lips tingly to produce more collagen so over time they will appear more full. Any shiny lip gloss will reflect light and make a bigger appearance.

These glosses don't actually make lips any larger in appearance. They basically sting the crap out of your lips so that there's a lot more blood flow. I really like them myself.

I use lip venom. It makes my lips turn a really pretty color, and adds a nice shine. A little goes a long way, if you use too much it gets sticky. I've had my bottle for over 4 months and use it multiple times every day.

A plastic surgeon injected my lips with fat he took from my belly ( through my belly button) . He numbed my lips with Novocaine. I've had it done three times now, and each time the effect has lasted longer. My lips are still plump and it's been nearly a year now. The surgeon originally told me it might take up to three injections before my lips would stay plump.

The only non surgical way to temporarily enlarge your lips is to use products containing Alum.

Point blank... very, very, very few products contain Alum as it has a very pungent taste that isn't easily hidden & can sometimes cause irritation. However in normal lips (moist & unchapped) it can plump lips for up to 24 hours.
