The answer to the first is John F. Kennedy. The other questions are just as simple to answer. You really should take the time to learn more about the history of your country and it's government the old fashioned way...by studying and reading.

And people wonder why todays your don't know anything. They can't even do their own homework, God forbid look up history and see that the things that touch our lives today have some relavence to something that has happened in the past or been repeated from the past.
