Carefully, very carefully.
The people you consider lower than you are the people you depend on. There are the people who make sure you get your paycheck in the mail and receive important messages or who pick up your lunch. To breed mistrust in one's employees is to breed chaos in one's power structure.
If she uses bad manners, mention it. If she's too arrogant, make light of it... gently. Don't getting into a contest about who's "lower" than who and don't display your own arrogance. You may not be able to back that pride up when you really need to.

OK, what I would do is not look down upon her and feed that negative energy you have going for her. I would do my best to keep my distance and kill her softly with kindness. There is no point in fueling the fire with this one.
When she starts to get under your skin think to yourself. "Do I really care about this person? Does her status mean anything to me at all?"
It seems to me that your bringing on the stress yourself and letting someone get you down when it seems she has no other way to make up for her short comings.
Try it, it may just bring that whole problem to an end.

Wow, and SHE's the one "whoz not much educated" and "doesn't have manners to speak"? Remind me to steer clear of your area if I want to get pregnant.
On your issue, I'm not sure what it is. I can't get past the horrible grammar. I'd say agree to disagree and leave her alone.

I would say to let it go for the most part , letting it get to you and "showing" that it gets to you only fuels her fire and makes you look petty. There are lots of subtle ways to put someone in their place...the term that comes to mind is IRISH DIPLOMACY and what that means is the ability to send a man to hell in a manner which makes him look forward to the trip!

Oh, I don't know, you sound somewhat more arrogant than the receptionist. Maybe you should go fire yourself so you don't have to see this person.

Who does she remind you of? Why is she triggering this strong reaction in you?
It's your issue, not hers. Look deep inside yourself.
