can i drive people younger than 21 without a licensed adult(25^) with a note from my dad saying i have permission to drive my friends and my brother from school to home. im 16, and have a provisional license they are 16 or young

Assuming the law hasn't changed since 2000 when I was that age, you can drive your siblings only, with a note from your parents.

You can, of course, risk it, but if you get pulled over then the cops are going to give you a very hard time.

No, it used to be you could, once you had your license for 6 mos. But now, I think you have to be 18. Check out the DMV website...

Nope, no friends at all however you can drive a sibling to and from school.
