he is being investigated for flying his sleigh without a pilots licence. its true that the elfs are not getting even the minimum wage and they are working in temperatures below freezing. The union for elfs is onto it though. As for Rudolphs nose the RSPCA have been called many times due to reports of neglect and Santa has been written to about this matter on many occasions. But it appears that he escapes prosecution every time because of his bribes of gifts.

I have this list too. I think I saved it the last time you posted it. Soon hopefully very soon everyone will come to realize that BOTH parties are complicit in the corruption of our government!! I am a lifelong liberal Democrat. Hillary and Bill are just as much part of the problem with this economic globalization as the Bush family is. Bill signing NAFTA into law secured this belief for me. Why would a Democrat President sign this sellout of American manufacturing that was designed and originated by GHW Bush a Republican President? In fact it you could probably find connections to just about every government official and corruption for Corporate America!

Is that ALL he's being investigated for? An old man goes round the world, visiting small children at night when they're asleep and leaves things in their bedrooms and that's OK?
