thats terrible! did you check with the shelter to see what happened to her? the poor thing, a hex on your dirt bag of an ex boyfriend. what an a hole he is. i don't blame you in the least for being upset, i don't think i could ever get over that myself. i'd like to hunt down that guy and give him the what for right where it counts. try to think of her in a loving home, thats about all you can do unless you can somehow track her down. the shelter should have records...i feel so sorry for you...

what a horrible thing for him to do! have you tried to go to the animal shelter to see if maybe your cat hasnt been adopted yet and you could get her back?
your not a baby at all...i can understand how hard this must be for you. My cat died a year ago in Sept. and I still miss her a great deal, and think about her a lot..I obsess over what I could have done to keep her from dying, even though I know it wasnt my fault. When you are really close to a pet, its like losing a friend or part of your family, and its not easy to get over it. Its completely normal to feel how you do..even though some people will probably say "get over it..its just a cat.."..they dont have a CLUE what its like.
I wish I could say or do something to help..but I know its not that easy...But please dont be hard on yourself thinking your being a baby about the whole thing, because you arent.

NO - you are not a big ole' baby. I have two cats and if anyone took either of them to the animal shelter - I would be very upset and cry too.
Can the animal shelter tell you what home she went to and may be you can get her back.
As for the ex bf - kick him in b_lls - hard! Maybe he should be sent to a shelter and not adopted out.
Sorry for your loss

Nah, I think you'll be alright, it's okay to cry and weep about the past and all but you gotta move on no matter quite sad it might be, just trust that she has a good place to live and life, she may be gone from You but she is forever in your Heart.

No! That's so sad and mean, why would he do that?!? You might even be able to take him to court over that if he had no ownership over her and you had no idea what was happening.
