well growth hormones don't work on a person who's stopped puberty already. The only other thing i can think of is a surgery they sometimes do on a patient if one leg is shorter than the other, in which they break the bone in one or two strategic places and allow it to heal which also growth in between the peices. You could get an inch or maybe two off this but it's really expensive since for you it would be considered cosmetic and uneeded, your insurance may not cover it, and there is also the recovery time
Anyways other than that just always keep a straight back, don't hunch. Walk with confidence too (but don't strut) People who walk into a room with confidence are usually noticed more than thier less confident friends who are a few inches taller

Well, at 5'8 you are nearer to 6 ft than 5 ft. Accept that. Not much else you can do about your genetically predetermined height.

Wear heels or lifts and tell people you are 6ft, or 5ft11.
I am 5'10", and I constantly see guys the same height as me who claim they are 6ft. Everybody seems to do it.
