20 Gallon Tank.
I have a intank nano protein skimmer that releases alot of small (very small) bubbles.
Will the bubbles( very very small) have a negative effect on my fish and live rock?

No,but isn't there some sort of collector for the bubbles? The skimmer should be collecting foam somewhere,that's what does the skimming.
