No, silly. He will sweat and loose two pounds. Better to train him to use an umbrella.
Ah, here you go... build a cart with an umbrella top. King Charles can then place himself in the cart and wheel himself around. Cool, no?

Ummm, sure .. but, make sure ya cut out some holes for his eyes and mouth, BEFORE you wrap him up, so he can breathe. A dead, saran-wrapped dog isn't much fun to play with. :(
