I was thinking like drawing on them with fabric markers or something? I would also really like to be able to get a photo on there some how, I have NO idea how to though? If you have any ways or ideas please help.

I've heard Mod Podge decoupage sealer works as a sealer to keep the design on but that's about all I know

There's no reason you couldn't do an iron-on transfer on your shoes. You can get the paper in craft or sewing stores. You can also use fabric markers, fabric paint, charms, buttons - use your imagination. Have fun!
