here's a periodic table, now check it up yourself.

The atomic number corresponds to the number of protons in the nucleus
of an atom of that element. It also corresponds to the number of
electrons in the neutral atom. Then if an atom has 43 protons, its
atomic number is 43. The atomic number determines which element an
atom is.
Searching in a periodic table we find that the element with atomic
number 43 is the Technetium (Tc).

The approximated atomic mass of an isotope of an element is given by
the number of protons plus the number of neutrons of the isotope. If
our Tc atom has 43 electrons, 56 neutrons, and 43 protons, it has an
approximated atomic mass of 56+43 = 99. (The most common and stable
isotope of Tc has an atomic mass of 98).

i would not know it's atomic mass, but the element is technetium (TE) if you need to know any more questions like this in future, look up 'The periodic table of the elements' on yahoo images search, and you should get something.
