Don't buy the Halloween like make-up, its cheap and cr*p to be honest.
You can also do some home remedies to get a more paler complexion.

It's extremely long lasting and very high quality, so it doesn't damage your skin too much.
It is expensive, but it's definitely worth it.
It's available at all MAC stores, and most department stores, like Macy's.
Why would you want to be that white? I think than looks way better on guys.

Get green pancake foundation and apply on face and neck. That one cancels out any redness or darkbrown pigment giving you a ghostly white face. Try Kanebo or kokoryu. it's teh japanese that love that.
