the book 'spotless' or 'speedcleaning' has the answer to this question. i have it at home, and i know that this is one of the questions asked.

i think this is it.......

Oil on Driveway
Tried bicarb and vinegar...didn’t work

Again – oils ain’t oils. If it has soaked right in and is a high carbon oil, it can be difficult to budge. There are two other solutions:

1: Coca-Cola

2: Swimming pool chlorine.
Be very careful if you use this...very toxic and dangerous. Sprinkle over oil, leave for a few minutes then from a reasonable distance, with a spray bottle, spray a little water on it. Don’t use high pressure because it will spray over everything and burn them.

You can try soaking up the excess with cat litter or Diatomaceous-Earth.

Then you will be down to just a surface stain. Then use one of the many cleaners like this one http://www.stonetechnologiesinc.com/specials.html#cleaner

Or look in an auto parts store - they all carry these kinds of products.

put some kitty litter on it to soak up the oil. it will pull it up out of the concrete. just cover it to make sure it doesnt wash away.
