Well,i've got a huge list of fave wrestlers, from past to present, lol & the list is sure hell long! haha but anyways,to answer your question:
To be honest, sumtimes,i find myself having to defend frens, more than defending my fave wrestlers!!! ur frens accounts, questions get deleted etc, hell, that ain't cool!!! trolls terrorizing our "home" section etc,u get it Maul!!!what i feel abt is that..we should all put aside differences on which wrestlers we love or hate etc, cause different people have different views,& their own figure of speech! if we want to learn wrestling lessons such as Old School Wrestling for the young guys like us,or New Breed Wrestling to the old guys, haha,we've gotta stay united,& stop bashing each other!!! this would only serve as better,in learning valuable, but at the same time,PHENOMENAL wrestling lessons,& knowledge!!! & of cause,to ask & answer questions we don't know & answer them if we know,to help others, respectively!!!
& yes, there are experiences such as Koumi getting his awesome question being deleted, your account getting deleted Maul,Mr C getting bashed & other great users getting their accounts, answers & questions deleted too!!!
so there u go,hope it answered your question even though it might not really answer it...lol great q btw! starred!

As some (or all) of us know, Batista is my favorite wrestler, and I have had to defend him and his actions a LOT lately, especially with the whole quote thing.
I honestly don't care what that was about anymore--it's in the past. I also have been attacked by people because of my statements while I've defended him. And it's just made me stronger.

My all-time favorite is Chris Benoit and I've had to defend him a few times.
My other all-time favorite : ) is RVD. He doesn't get analyzed and dissected here but I don't remember ever reading anything I'd consider "negative" about him.
I find myself more often defending John Cena than any other wrestler, and I'm not even a big fan of his. He's nowhere near as bad as the Haters make him out to be and it's irritating that most of the Haters can't state a reason for why they hate him; they just keep writing the same thing: "cena sux" and "he been da champ to long". WHY does "cena sux"? I can give you a laundry list of his good points and I'm not a huge fan of his. If you (editorial "you") hate him that much you should be able to state at least a couple of valid reasons for that hatred.

This is hard, because my favourites are Jeff Hardy and Edge. There's barely anything to split the two. Edge is amazing on the mic, can make a crowd react the way he wants, gives his everything to every match and just has the bravado to pull off being face or heel. Plus his rise to fame story is inspirational. Jeff is unique, he does everything differently. He's a free thinker and I really admire that. He can jump off a 20-foot (just guessing) ladder, land on his tailbone and wrestle the next night. He never gives up, succeeds in the face of adversity and all that. He's made mistakes and learned from them, just like a certain other Showstopper. Plus he made me not hate a match starring Vladmir Coleslaw. He's just very entertaining to watch, and has a lot of respect for the older guys. That's how it should be.

Ric Flair is my favorite and also happens to be the BEST EVER. I'll defend him anytime...any place. I hear and see a lot of "he's too old, he needs to retire, he can't wrestle", etc..Most of the time it's younger fans who don't know the full impact he has had on wrestling and I cut them some slack. But if you're an older fan and disrespect Naitch...it's on!
Wooooooooooooooooo!

My favorite wrestler is Sid.
I consider myself to be an expert on Sid (the person and the wrestler), and his career, and I have bumped into quite a few Sid haters that spread false "facts" and rumors about him. I always point out them the REAL facts and what really happened in whatever they're lying about.
I have always defended Sid, and I'll always will.

My favorite wrestler is Bret "The Hitman" Hart. I do defend him whenever the Montreal issue or Owen comes up, but most of the time, I just let things be. People are entitled to think Hart "screwed" himself. I just don't bother with the name-calling.

Seeing as my favorite wrestlers are Chris Benoit and Bryan Danielson, two amazing in-ring performers, I don't have to defend them much, of course with the exception of the constant "Benoit tragedy" questions that are brought up.

Jeff Hardy - and yes, here on Yahoo! Answers, actually!
People automatically think that he's weird, or he's high or something just because of his appearance, which is crap. I like how he's unique and out-there in his style, you don't need to be on drugs to be original! I wish people would realize that!
