communism will be successful if the people running it weren't too greedy and the government doesn't get absolute power. it didn't work because it was opposite to it. wth??? they are more like dictatorships rather than EQUALITY, which is what is all about. it will work once i become president

If you feel your teacher imparts his views on you in a detrimental fashion you should speak to your parents and report this to school officials.
History teachers have to try and present material in as unbiased a manner as possible.

I agree your teacher is retarded in the sense that he believes we should kill people that oppose the government and the whole torturing thing. But I must ask... why in the **** would you not report him? I think your the dumbass for not getting him fired (if your not exaggerating the truth or lieing) And the republicans aren't trying to be fascist. The democrats are the ones that are trying to be communist. They want to raise minimum wage which will cause an increase in everything, give the wetbacks drivers licenses (way to go Hillary), and are all for the welfare system and support the idea of taking taxes out of my check every two weeks to support some lazy *** lowlife that doesn't want to work and just have more kids so they can get more welfare. And whoever thinks George Bush planned 911 and killed millions of people is a retarded, radical, anarchist that is full of ****. Bush might have known a little about 911 before it happened and just didn't have good enough information to prevent it but he sure as hell didn't plan it. I ask, where do you get that bullshit information from? You kids need to get your story straight and quit getting information from dumbass people on the internet that will blog anything just so people will read it.

Hm. There seem to be quite a few democrats out there. I guess we didn't kill them all when the republicans had congress and the white house.
If your work is anything like your questions on here, there's no wonder you're failing. It's the same crap over and over and over that you've gotten answers to, but don't learn from. Have you considered getting off the computer and actually studying? Or perhaps a tutor?
The failing might just be coloring your perception a wee bit?
And ooooh because he doesn't agree with you, that means he's not worthy of learning from? If this is your attitude, you'll have a long weary road in life.
Yes, study for the tests you'll fail regardless. It's about education. It's about learning how to think and present a logical argument. It's about considering what the other side has to say respectfully and then respectfully disagreeing. If you honestly know the material inside out and backwards you can have an intelligent discussion. It's about going into it with an open mind and seeing what the other person has to say.
Did you sit down with him and ask him why he gave you a 2? And then listened?
Did you support your facts using credible sources? Did he give you any kind of suggestions on how you can improve? You seem to like to jump the gun a bit here.
A little aside about communism. In a perfect society, where human beings have only selfless goals and hearts, it would work. The Bible designed heaven as a kind of communist-esqe state. But unfortunately people are not wholly giving and good and kind. It's not that the ideals wouldn't work, but the people are flawed. Have you ever read "Utopia" by Thomas More? It is an exploration of a perfect society. You might really enjoy it.

Communism doesn't work because people will never be truly equal. There are people that have exceptional talents, mentally and/or physically. Now government should provide equal opportunities. How a person uses those opportunities depends on that particular persons abilities.
Even though I am not a Republican, I don't think you quite understand the Republican point of view completely either. To paint such a broad brush on a political party speaks of ignorance. Nobody advocates a fascist government. Also, I don't believe he likes torturing people either.

So, it wasn't your History teacher that taught you to support communism...it is something you thought of on YOUR OWN! You have so much more to learn...give yourself a chance to develop...I suggest you do more research on the different countries that have had to live as a communist country...like, Russia...N. Korea, China & Germany, (at one time) they've all been a communist country & research what their people have experienced...do some serious research, not on the internet...go to the library, look it up the old fashioned way, find a quiet spot to sit and read, everyday, until you can find serious solutions to answer your issues on Communism in a country. Find some books that relate to all aspects of Communism. Good Luck! Peace, AJ.

After reading this shallow unthinking question--probably a put on. No person with any brains thinks 911 was an inside job. At any rate, you and the useless waste of computer time that u used--fully justify WC Fields--"youth is wasted on the young". It is highly obvious that you are wet behind the ears, are long on mouth and short on brains--come back when you are a little more grown up and perhaps have a real discussion.

Personally, I find this rather hard to believe. The NEA overwhelming votes for Democrats and supports liberal agendas. The NEA is part of the No Teacher Left Behind Program; regardless of how incompetent they are.
If your teacher is saying we should defend ourselves from people who advocate the violent overthrow of the government and who would attempt to do so; then he is absolutely correct.

Yet another reason why the voting age needs to be raised to 21. Teens = Gullibility. Communism is equality...in theory. The reason its been such a monstrous failure throughout history can summed up in one word: Human Nature.

AJ...pack your trash and get your butt to Cuba. You aren't gonna win this argument !
Robert ...I gave ya a thumbs down for 1 reason. If the government is becoming so overrun with liberal BS...it's HIGH TIME for another American Revolution ! I swore an oath to defend the Constitution, not the government. If they abandon it, we the people need to remind them...one way or another.
Sound familiar ?...Try the Declaration of Independence for my reasons. This conservative has had it with the overegulation by "well meaning" government !

I wrote a term paper on communism and I got a low grade. I think it had something to do with the fact that I found lots of data that showed the approximately 60,000,000 people that had been killed because they stood against their communist party bosses. And my teacher told me my paper had too many statistics.
