Do you think that if you were dating someone 5 years and you broke up with them and you claimed that you really loved the person you were with very much.....do you think that it's really truly possible to;

Meet someone on a cell phone through the internet on a text messaging service....text them for two month.....meet them only 3 weeks ago from today in person and say that you have moved on, over it, and happy with this new girl. Plus say that you love them already and are going to marry her soon and move her in with you? This meaning that you could get over your ex you supposedly loved even though you say you don't now in just knowing someone personally for 3 weeks????

And another thing that bothers me is her rubbing this all in my face and says shes moved on and that she doesnt love me.....would it take you meeting someone else to realize you didn't love the person you were with? I would like opinions on that too bcuz to me I don't think that is right. And she is 28 yrs old. I am 26. And the ring she supposedly got from her gf...she paid for with her own money!!!!! And she only left me 3 months ago and the first 2 months...she kept telling me she loves me and misses me and wants to know I am serious and that there was no one else then bam all of a sudden this! Another part to this question is.....She has bipolar and to me doesn't act like herself at all...in the 5 years I have dated her, I have never seen her this cruel...cuz another mean thing she said is..."I dont love you, get over it" ....she is also spending money like crazy and not paying off the bills and that is something she would get mad at me about...do you think this could be bipolar?

Why I am asking is cuz I don't understand why she is doing this....and cuz I still LOVE her. I personally don't think someone could spend 5 yrs with someone and then move on in 3 wks to a month. She's really messed up my mind and that's why I am asking for opinions. :(
And if you say it's because she is trying to make me jealous....why is she trying to make me jealous?

You are wrong. You do NOT need to make sense of this. Crazy people do crazy things, while insane people try to figure it all out.

Move on!

I think I need a scorecard.........
Let me get this straight. You're a male and your g/f of 5 years hooked up with another female?

She sounds pretty pissed off about something and isn't coming clean with what she's angry about. So she uses another person as a catalyst to hurt you.

So now that you understand that she's into playing school yard games, how about just letting her go and finding someone that's more emotionally mature.
That means changing your phone numbers (cell and land line), tell your buddies and family members that you are done with her, and tell her you want nothing more to do with her.

Like I told you before....the blowback is gonna come back on you. Why do you want someone who is obviously so codependant that she can't even go a month without being with someone else? Move on, buddy. She's a trainwreck and you're so much better off without her.

She is not making you jealous. I know it hurts, but you are way down on her list of priorities. The sooner you accept this, the sooner you can pick yourself up and move on. Stop dwelling on it, it is a waste of time.

And stop asking the exact same question over and over!

I agree with box of rain. I would also add that if you truly loved some one, you wouldn't treat them like this. So honey, I am so sorry but time to move on.
