I have to agree with one answer already given. That answer is that it will depend on the temperature too.

When the weather is warm or hot, I think low humidity would feel the best because the sweat you produce, your body's natural cooling system, will work better in drier conditions.

In cold conditions, I think more humidity will feel more comfortable. You will feel colder and your skin may become very dry if the humidity is very low in cold temperatures. The only problem is that you may have to deal with a threat of fog or dense fog in high humidity in colder temperatures.

Day with low humidity.

Hot day with high humidity= terrible
Cold day with high humidity=terrible

Any day with low humidity= awesome (not like below 10% though, then its worse than high humidity)

Also, a comfortable humidity is around 30% if you want numbers.

That depends on how WARM it is (or isn't) at the same time. The higher the humidity is, the warmer it tends to feel. So a humid 80 degrees- can feel a LOT more uncomfortable than a dry 90.....

For the same temperature ,humid air will be holding more heat than a dry air.So humid air will be hotter than dry air at a particular temperature. So, a day will be more comfortable with a low humidity than with higher humidity.
