Am I the only person that thinks this pathetic,worthless, punk deserves serious prison time?
He was drinking and driving and speeding and crashed his car(this loser shouldn't even be in a car) causing another person to be on life support in a coma.
Another bad part is that he and his lawyers are blaming the victim for this.
I hate losers that drink and drive and I hate people that have no regard for anyone but them selves.
I hope he gets prison and is severely beaten until he is in a coma.
I dont think just prison is good enough for people like him.
So am I the only one that agrees?

This might be a bit of an unpopular opinion, but I believe anyone who is caught driving drunk should have their license revoked and two years in prison without a chance for parole. If he actually hits and injures someone then it should be life in prison without parole.
I feel the same way about illegal street racers. These people have no regard for others on the road, and should be hauled off and shot the second they're caught.

Yeah I think he should definitely do prison time. Judging from what I've read, I highly doubt the victim will ever recover, and Nick's family actually had the audacity to say that the accident was compounded by the fact that the victim wasn't wearing his seatbelt. Those cold-heated bastards really had some nerve to say that. I believe the idiot was in trouble before for speeding and nothing was done about it. His dad is famous, so don't be surprised if he doesn't do any prison time. I hate drunk drivers, and they are one of the lowest forms of life on Earth. They always hurt or kill innocent people, and they almost always have no injuries, and they cause immense pain and suffering for the victim's family. The law isn't tough enough on drunk drivers. If it was up to me, he would have gray hair growing out of his ears by the time he got out of prison.

I think he deserves prison time! Just because Hulk Hogan is his dad, I'm hoping he doesn't get off.
