GO TO J.A.G. (Judge Advocate General) They will help you for sure. I know for a fact they will. It don't matter if he's a civilian. Military looks out for their own. Also if he is very unsafe go to the Social workers at the Military Hospital. They will help you for sure. They will even go to court with you if you need their support.
