My daughter is 4 months. I am 14 and my boyfriend is 15 (the babies dad). His parents are WILLINGLY paying child support. At any time can they stop paying child support without letting me no? Right now me and his mom are not really getting along to well so I am afraid she will just stop paying then I will have no way to support my daughter. Also how long do they pay child support...is it until the age of 18?

At some point the daddy of you baby is going to have to start supporting the child. I suspect they will not quit because they want to see their grandchild. They, depending on the state, may or may not have some legal requirement, but it is doubtful.

I'm not CPA certified yet, but Child Support must be paid in cash or its equivalent until the child reaches the age of 18 or your boyfriend dies. The problem is your both minors, so all burden may be on your parents. He has to start paying once he's 18, but I think it is his parents obligation to cover him until then. You should consult a lawyer if your family is not helping you and your boyfriend or his family is not paying child support.

I would imagine they are paying it on their son's behalf. I would guess if she stops paying you'll need to get a job to support your daughter. It is not just a fathers responsibility to support a child, and please remember that children need two parents.
I don't mean to preach but at 14 you are still a child & now your childhood is gone. I wish you and your daughter the best
