What does your grade 12 average have to be to get accepted into first year Harvard Science? What are the other requirements? Thank You for your time!!!!

In order to be qualified to get into Harvard, you need a 3.8+ unweighted GPA, lots of AP and Honors classes, 2200+ on your SAT exam and a killer admissions essay.

That won't be enough -- because Harvard rejects about 85% of QUALIFIED applicants.

There's no magic formula. They have under a 10% acceptance rate so no grade and no test score is safe. Just do your best and see what happens.

I wouldn't bother applying if I don't have a class rank within the top 2%, an SAT score of at least 2100, SAT IIs of at least 700, and relatively substantial extracurriculars. And even then it's a big uphill battle.
