Generally speaking yes.
They are also in the middle of a civil war of their own and have been since well before 9/11.
The revolution happens in the mind long before the fighting goes to the streets.
hopefully the good guys (Musharraf) will win and then have normal elections.
I am a Bush supporter and even I noticed the commander in chief of American armed forces applying a double standard with President Musharraf in telling him to take off the military uniform.
I do remember seeing GW in uniform before.

progressing to anarchy im afriad ! the northern areas are great to visit tho, i was at K2 base camp and its amazing ! one of the lost wonders of the world !

NO its not! its full of religious zealots who's ambition is to turn the country into a Muslim fundamentalist hell hole.
