I need to take a 200 pound horizontal mirror off the back of a triple dresser and then hang it vertically on the wall instead.

I haven't done it because I need to make a wall bracket and then put the bracket onto the wall fastened to the studs first Then I need to move the dresser which totals about 400 pounds but need to use a hydraulic jack with wheels to get it away from the wall. Then I need to get behind the dresser and unscrew the mirror fasteners. Then I need to get two strong guys to pick up the heavy mirror, turn it 90 degrees, and then pick it up into the bracket while I fasten a top bracket.

And that is a lot of good reasons why it is going slowly.

Bottom of bathroom door and parts of window frames are rotten and wiring in closet is out of ceiling. I haven't replaced because I live in an apartment building and these are original fixtures dating back to 1920s. I asked the super about it and was told they won't do anything on the rotten wood because damage isn't bad enough - on the closet, I was told not to use the fixture and he would get someone in. Closet and hallway are on a separate circuit, so in the meantime I removed the fuse from the fuse box to be on the safe side. I don't plan on staying here more than a year or so, therefore cost of doing repairs myself is not worth it.

My sink has been clogged up for a week now. Ive used liquid plumber, draino, hot water, and now I have a half gallon of bleach poured down the sink. I took apart the pipes and found nothing. So I'm waiting to see if it will work. I had to open both of my doors because the bleach is LOUD>

All the trim needs put up in my bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Window treatments need to be put up after that. My daughter's loft needs to be finished with a ladder and railing and have carpet installed plus trim and a door put up. The laundry room needs to have the old paneling tore down and have new insulation and dry wall put up. 2 of the outside windows need to be trimmed out plus the outside front door needs trimmed. Need to have the paint re-touched in the dining room. The master bath that my husband tore the sinks and toilet out of, needs to have them put back and plumbing hooked up and drywall painted and tile put in. The kitchen floor, walls, and cabinets all need tore out and have the floor replaced and re-tiled, walls need re-drywalled and painted. The new cabinets sitting in the garage need to be installed. The landscaping needs to be re-done. All of the this was supposed to be finished after we moved in (after the remodel), but instead of doing it before we moved in, we waited till after...now my husband has lost every ounce of motivation to do it (I've already done all the electrical stuff I can finish myself). So here we are with nothing getting done. But we still have a roof over our head (thank God)...tornado tore through our area 2 weeks ago 2 blocks from our home.

Who wants to help me out?
