The future is what you make it. You can alway improve on your future. Prediction are not good, unless they are only projections, of what might happen, if you don't improve on your current path or course of action. Meditate, exercise, eat healthy, seek imformation to help yourself from all possible sources, and work hard at making what you really want a reality, if it is with in the bounds of reason. You always have to be realistic, but trying hard is alway good.

Maybe if you contact the Psychic that you saw he could explain your reading to you & ease your worry.
When you go for a reading next time - be prepared, go with a reason, not out of curiosity. Ask for clarification on anything that is not immediatley understood, ask more questions as confusions arise.

No. But sometimes I made up stuff to make others worry! I let them randomly pick a piece of paper with either good or bad luck. Just look at their faces doing that!
