Some women experience more enlargement of their breasts during pregnancy than others. When breast feeding ends the glands decrease in size and the breasts can become limp and sagging. Below are two links to plastic surgery sites. Both give pictures and explanations of what may happen. I am not encouraging you to have plastic surgery. Most women do not experience extreme changes in their body.

after pregnancy and 6months of breastfeeding. They could go back to normal, thats wishfull hopeing. But because of the weight of the milk in your breast and the extra cup size or sizes that you experiance, after 6 months the skin will be a little stretched. It depends on the support you use and genetices. Most of the time gravity will kick in a bit. Some women I know end up with bigger boobs or smaller boobs when its all over with. The best bet is to buy good bras and check out our mom and grandparents to figure up your damage.

here's a recent article from MSNBC: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21599854/
Basically this plastic surgeon did years of study on the effects of breastfeeding on breast size. Changes in breast size and sagginess doesn't have anything to do with breastfeeding, but it does have to do with pregnancy.
So bascially changes in breast size/shape depends on how many times you've been pregnant and your weight gain/loss, not breastfeeding.
I've breastfed two kids and am pregnant with my third. I have to admit they get about a size bigger every time I'm pregnant and everytime I'm breastfeeding, but so far afterwards they seem about the same as they were originally. I have no idea what'll happen after #3.

The breasts will return pretty close to their previous size. However, during pregnancy most women will have an expansion of their ribcage to allow them to breathe more deeply and to make room for junior. The ribcage expansion is permenant so if you started out as a 34B you might end up a 36B.

Breasts do go back to their normal size, however, they aren't quit as perky as before ;). Weight and the shape of your abdomen will probably look a little different too. All the running around you will do looking after the little kiddo will help you get back into shape. Happy mothering!

Generally, they do get smaller - doubtful they will ever be exactly the same without some help (read surgery) as the skin and msucles have changed shape - they tend to sag a bit when they start getting smaller again...good luck!

Unfortunately, yes most of the time they go back to their normal size. I am sure there are a few rare exceptions, but I think they probably come few and far.

They hang lower and lower with each child. The muscle is pulled and as you lose weight they loosen. I think the 3rd child made the most physical difference for me.

i believe that our boobs never go back to what they were. whether you breast feed or not, their shape and "firmness" changes.
So, my answer would be no, they dont.
There might be cases when they do, but from personal experience, and people that i have known or so on, none of their went back to normal.
I've also heard that womens feet get bigger, as in a size larger. I feel like my swell up, but dont go big.
good luck
;)
