With treatment, yes.

Without it, highly unlikely.

The dysthymia is much more easily managed than BPD. Even the BPD, however, IS treatable.

Yes people with dysthymia and borderline personality can live a comfortable life with therapy and medication.

Hell no. But who wants normal? I have BPD and Bipolar. I'm in the depressive mode...still trying to balance out. Maybe I will in this lifetime or maybe I won't.
