It depends how much green or blue you put, but all in all you end up with turquoise or jade or green-blue. As I said, it depends how much you put and how light or dark the blue and/or green is.

Blue Green - mostly green, some blue.
Green Blue - mostly blue, some green.
aqua, jade, turquoise are the names of some shades of blue green mixtures that I can think of.

If you are talking paint it makes a wide variety of bluish-greens.
If you are talking RGB color monitor like your computer screen it makes that bright light bluish called CYAN.
