Neither you have no protection at all if he is outside eBay and he is breaking rules so you know he has no ethics.

Neither. There is nothing to stop him from keeping your money and not sending your product. Do the deal in person, or through ebay--at least you'll have some protection. Not worth the risk of being taken for a ride to save a few bucks.

I only offered a pair of j-lo denims for $10.00 they are great. they could desire to of worn them possibly a pair of times they seem variety new. Ive offered addidas jackets that I definitely have barley worn. in case you're making plans to purchase something ensure you examine the object description heavily. in the event that they l describe the object as gently used, prob. seems a sprint outdated. remember in case you're no longer satisifed with the object, (in the event that they lied) you are able to touch ebay in the event that they decline to furnish you a reimbursement. Ive never had any problems wish this facilitates you. oh yet another useful hint seem on the dealers comments score in the event that they have some negatives stay away prob. no longer a robust concept

Bad idea to deal outside ebay forum. You're not protected using PayPal because ebay owns it. You're on your own. Personal check is a bad idea. See if credit card is accepted.
