No, and No.

A woman's size IS NOT ALL HEREDITY! My family were all C's, I ended up a J cup. So it isn't all heredity. Who knows, maybe the recessive big breast gene is now a dominant one!

Breasts ARE NOT ALL FAT! They are fat AND dense breast tissue! So, you have dense and fatty tissue in your breasts. Depending on which one is more, will depend on if you lose or gain breast size when you gain or lose weight. More dense means you won't lose breast size, more fatty means you will. You won't know until you gain/lose weight which is the majority that you have.

In my case, it's heredity. I am the same size as my mom.

It's hereditary as to where fat is distributed. Then it's mostly to do with weight fluctuations as to whether they change in size.

I think it's a little of each. Many women tend to take after their moms and grandmas, but when you gain weight, your boobs tend to get bigger.
