It's mean but...start asking him or her is they have noticed the little mites on the furniture or in their cloths and bedding, because you think you have some on your scalp and it itches, ( Scratch a lot while talking about this) And stuff like, did they see that big black spider on their bedroom floor?

That's only two, but you get the idea, gross them out of there! I know I would want to move if I thought there were tiny bugs getting all over me and my stuff :-)

Have a lot of noisy sex. Every night.
Play loud music.
Have over friends they don't like.
Eat a lot of very smelly curry and take aways.
Stop washing your dishes.
Use all their shampoo.
Walk around naked as much as possible.
Order shopping in their name so they have to pay for it.
Get a pet. A really creepy one, like a tarantula.
Or just tell them the rents gone up and use the extra money to buy things for yourself.

Go talk to your landlord about the situation.
Oh and if they're your room mate then you probably already know their list of "most annoying things a person can do". *wink wink*

Ask for a different room. My friend had a room mate that was "borrowing" from him on a permanent basis, and it's what he was forced to do.
